PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

No Refund / No Return Policy. All sales of URBANBEAST fragrances are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. In the event of a defective or damaged product, please contact us directly.

Commission Qualification & Payout. Commissions are earned only on successfully completed and shipped orders that are not cancelled, charged back, or refunded. URBANBEAST reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or reverse commissions on any order suspected of fraud, violation of brand guidelines, or activity deemed harmful to the brand's reputation or financial interests.

Right to Determine Payout & Resolve Disputes. All payout calculations are based on URBANBEAST's internal tracking data. In the event of any dispute regarding commission attribution, eligibility, or amount, URBANBEAST's determination shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Programme or any participant's involvement at any time without prior notice.
