Returns & Exchanges Policy
All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ecological reasons. We strongly encourage discovering our scents risk-free through our DISCOVERY SET or by visiting one of our authorized retail partners. Please contact us for information on a retailer near you.
Exceptions and Specific Cases:
- Incorrect or Insufficient Address: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the original and return shipping fees. Am extra 20 Euros restocking fee will also apply. You will be able to place a new order with the correct address.
- Duplicate Order or Order Error: Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a duplicate order or an order placed in error. We will attempt to cancel it before it ships. If the order has already shipped, our standard final sale policy applies.
- Lost or Damaged in Transit: While we carefully package every order, we are not liable for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier after they leave our facility. In such cases, we are unable to issue refunds. However, we will work with you to reship your original order.
To process a replacement for a damaged item, we require a brief live video call with our team where the damage is shown in real-time. Photos alone cannot be accepted. Please email us to schedule this call and ensure you have the damaged product and original packaging on hand.
