Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to eligible destinations listed at checkout. Expedited options, if available, will be displayed at an additional cost.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of high order volume or promotional events, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other events beyond our control. URBANBEAST is not liable for delivery delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, no refund will be issued.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. URBANBEAST is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, the following will apply:

  • We will issue a refund for the product cost only.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • An additional €20 restocking fee will apply.

  • You may place a new order with the correct address at your own expense.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

While we carefully package every order, URBANBEAST is not liable for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier after they leave our facility. In such cases, we are unable to issue refunds. However, we will work with you to reship your original order at no additional product cost.

To process a replacement for a damaged item, we require a brief live video call with our team during which the damage is shown in real-time. Photos alone cannot be accepted. Please email us at contact@urbanbeastfragrances.com to schedule this call and ensure you have the damaged product and original packaging on hand.

No Returns or Refunds

As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. URBANBEAST operates a strict no return, no reimbursement policy, except as expressly provided for incorrect addresses or verified damage in transit as described above.

Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to the following countries and regions, which may include but are not limited to those under international sanctions or embargoes:

Africa: Liberia, Libya, Mali, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Somalia, South Sudan, Zimbabwe.

Asia: Mainland China, Afghanistan, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen.

Europe: Belarus, Russia, Ukraine (including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), Black Sea, Sea of Azov.

South America: Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela.

North America & Caribbean: Cuba.
